Social Networking
Social networking has become a major out-reach tool that business and organizations use to connect with their customers and patrons. Information travels both ways through social networking sites (SNS). People can learn about organizations, and organizations can learn about their customers. Facebook even has statistic tools for organizations to analyze the demographics of their friends and followers. Libraries are using SNS today to stay connected with the patrons whenever and wherever they are.
